I hired James Kratovil around October of 2022 to defend me against some Protective Orders that were filed against me while protesting a group in Bunker Hill, WV. I was not surprised by the price charged and Mr. Kratovil did get the job done and the PO's were denied and dismissed. My problem being that once I paid him I did not get any responses to my emails or phone calls. On the day of my hearing I had not even spoken to him since before I paid the retainer. I was concerned about if he was even going to show up. I called his office and he was at court and he did his job to the minimal. OK fine. Highly recommend, he was able to get one of my charges to disappear and was finally able to get the video evidence I wanted to see after dealing the court for three months. Very happy!

All I can say is thanks. Had a speeding ticket 30 miles over and it got taking care of. My experience was excellent having you as my lawyer. I would definitely recommend Kratovil if your in the Charlestown wv area.
