I got a phone call almost an hour later saying a technician was on the way. Problem was fixed a little over an hour later. What a great company to do business with. They are top notch in communication, service and cost. Very affordable, experienced and honest. Tech was very knowledgeable, professional and to the point. I asked specific questions to insinuate I may want to spend money on something but instead of them trying to up-sell me a product or service, they provided an educated response followed by a why I need to save money and not worry about it. Very honest folks and the technician depicts a clear representation of an honest and fair company.
