After our long time vet unexpectedly shutdown, I called the CK clinic with our youngest dog’s terrible ear infection. The office staff worked her in the same day. Mollie received top notch treatment from the techs and Dr Smith.Dr Smith took a lot of time examining and talking w/ me about her issues!Goes without saying, we’ve found our new vet clinic!

I can’t express enough how much gratitude I have for Dr Smith and her technician. My Kitty was at the end of his life, and they really tried to find a way to help him before letting him be euthanized at my discretion. They went above and beyond, and didn’t charge me like his life didn’t matter because I am broke. They did bloodwork, X-rays, and sure there was nothing else that could be done to save him (he had a big cancerous lump in his stomach, which caused kidney failure). They had never met him, yet they treated him like he was their baby. Even the tech looked like she teared up when my Kitty took his final breath. If I could give them ten stars I would give them Ceredo Kevona Animal Clinic.I have never had a vet (or staff/team) as caring, thoughtful and committed as Ceredo Kenova Animal Clinic and Dr. Stephanie Smith. I have had my dog for over ten years and never had a vet as wonderful as them. I cannot thank them enough and cannot recommend them higher. They see one of our three dogs every week and truly love him like their own.Thank you Ceredo Kenova Animal Clinic for your commitment to animals and the community!
