I would give them a 10/10! They always do a great job. They don’t bounce around from chair to chair, once they have started with you, they finish you. I recently had shoulder surgery and was a little apprehensive about going 2 weeks post op, but the tech was so gentle, listened, and went way above beyond taking care of me. I would never go anywhere else. Ceredo, WV is blessed to have them!
I loved this place! The women working there were so kind and sweet. They were also extremely good at their jobs—I love how my hair turned out. I’ll be coming here to get my hair done from now on. They also do manicures and pedicures, and I’ll definitely be scheduling that soon too.
They go the extra mile to put my reactive dog at ease. I've done many practice visits before her actual appointment, and when the vet isn't busy, will come out to give her treats. Our visits now go smooth as my dog doesn't feel worried anymore.
I've also had a few incidents where dogs being dogs, I wasn't sure if I needed to bring them in to be checked. I called to get their advice, and they were always kind and informative.
