Very rude management and they refused to give credit for $100 I had prepaid for my mother's appointment. They never read my appointment note explaining this was a surprise for my mothers birthday. No attempt to offer credit of any kind and never called me back and stopped responding to messages. Took the money and placed full blame on me rather than anything they did wrong in calling my mother about an appointment she did not yet know about (hence the surprise). Very disappointing and sad experience all around with this company.

I wanted to take a moment to express how truly impressed I am with Riversong Spa. I began visiting Riversong in 2018, and every experience I have had over the years have been exceptional! The staff is very polite, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this Spa!

I was visiting and took a yoga class - the instructor and the content of the class was so great. I could not believe the drop in was only $15. If I lived there or visit again -- I would go all the time.
