Jamie and Fletcher were very knowledgeable about the installation of my new heat pump. They were very friendly and worked good together. Very happy with the new system. The house is nice and cool.
Southern Air in Bluefield provided HVAC, Electrical and plumbing for my new home. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. They completed in a timely manner & very professional. I would give more than 5 stars any day of the week!
I am very pleased with the service I was provided from this company. The two gentlemen that set me up for my appointment (Brandon and Everett) were WONDERFUL. They answered my many questions because I know nothing about furnaces with such patience. Kenny was who arrived at my rental unit and my tenant raved about his kindness and said I couldn't have sent her a kinder and more perfect person for the job. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer. Highly recommend!! ?
