Every one of the employees are top notch phenomenal! They truley do go above amd beyond to help you in every aspect....the front desk staff, the billing dept, the therapist themselves! So good that their scheduling is booked full!!!! If you need an appointment and know in advance , I would not hesitate making those appointments in advance! Having been to several outfits over the past 20+ years, I must say that Rankin in Berkeley Springs is the best place to go! As long as they keep the same staff and maintain their level of professionalism backed woth the personal care that they do, I will never go elsewhere and highly reccomend them!
This is the. 2nd time I have had too come here for therapy and they always do an amazing job! Sometimes some of the excercises and stretching don't make sense at the time but they always know exactly what to do and before you know it your back to normal. Wonderful therapists ! Everyone is very nice and patient! Wonderful place! Even the receptionists are awesome!!
Justin has been a great PT person on several occasions. This time for bursitis in my left hip.After just a few sessions instructing me on several exercises. Plus doing them at home. I'm pain free now. If it returns I'll do those exercises here at home. If it's worse will contact my orthopedist for another PT order. If your experiencing a medical problem that PT applies to Rankin is #1 for your therapy.
