Amy in the lab needs a raise!! Everytime I've been in belington clinic she has done wonderful with my blood work!! Everytime I go to davis medical center they poke and causes bruises on my arms!! Give her a raise!!! 😇

I'd give zero stars if I could. Used to like Dr Henderson but after yesterday my perspective has changed 1,000%. My children had all their medical records transferred to this place 10 years ago. They are all adults now and rarely go to the Dr as most young adults don't. But those records still sit in that office for any of the medical staff to see.My son made an appt with Henderson weeks ago, for the first time in his adult life he finally acknowledged to himself that his incredibly debilitating ADHD was too much even as an adult for him to manage without the medication he was on his ENTIRE childhood. If anyone knew how difficult it was for him to take initiative to manage his own mental health, a stranger would of been proud of him. I was SO proud. He's 24 and never made a Dr appt on his own and he was trying to help his quality of life, that is really something in my book.He gets to the appt and calls me from the waiting room lol, anxious and nervous for his appt. I talked to him and had him to call me afterwards bc I was anxious and excited as well, prob even more so.I could absolutely scream at how Henderson treated him. Never will we darken that doorstep again of the Belington Clinic. Ever. I am horrified that he not only acted blatantly like he didn't believe his mental health history, but even my own son said it was probably he judged him for how he was dressed, as he's a gamer with long hair and usually has a gaming tee on. Btw, a hard working full time employee that my business almost solely relies on the get things done or we'd be up a creek. Who does happen to dress like the YOUNG MAN that he is.Here's the absolute insanity of yesterday's visit... ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS LOOK IN HIS MEDICAL HISTORY THAT SITS RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF HIM. That's it. Not look right at my son and say, you know that's an amphetamine, right??? As if he was pill chasing. We do realize there's an epidemic on this type of med, but, it was created for people like my son. He tried life without it for years, and realized that he needed the intervention again to help him get thru his day to day life.All he had to simply do was his JOB, get off his butt and look in this persons chart, not look at his appearance and cast your ridiculous judgement on him. We are looking into filing a formal complaint against him and against this office.How insanely lazy and ridiculous that this happened. And now just set the standard to another human that there's no real help out there for them in this falling world. Thank you so much for being part of the problem my dude.

This morning I arrived to this clinic under the impression that 'Walk ins" are welcome (most clinics are). I told the receptionist my symptoms and was turned away because I'm not a patient there and didn't have a schedule to be seen. I called to make an appointment and I was still refused to be treated because I'm not a patient there. Unacceptable!!!! I'm not even going to make any future appointments for behaviour health and anything else with this clinic since I'm obviously not welcomed. I'm just going to make the extra trip to Elkins where I was treated better, and cared for better. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone I know regardless of the 5 star ratings.

The two main doctors that are there are just going through the motions extremely strict will not even reach out to specialist for 76 year old women a patient for 12 years and has Lou Gehrig's disease along with several other extreme physical ailments and is almost ready to collapse... Just because he got a warning for over-prescription opiates over 3 years ago he totally cups a seventy-five-year-old legitimately crippled and no history of abuse addiction or anyting in the previous 25 years of being legitimately prescribed pain meds and on top of that doesn't even care enough about his patient to make a call to a colleague or a specialist said that she doesn't down more each day over the 9 month period of weaning off faster than legally and ethically and is very lucky that the patient didn't die the only thing that kept they should my mom was a family member who had to attend pharmacy school 20 18 years earlier and also add them legitimately prescribed opiates for the same . Of time was able to supplement and keep her from the emergency room or death... When your Drt barely ask you any questions when you visit and when you do Express different situations that have evolved did not even try to come up with it any treatment plan just blows it off and go through the motions....that doctor obviously does not care and ice agent and it's not living up to any type of ethical caregiver and basically is the antithesis what a doctor is supposed to be beginning from the inception of the Hippocratic oath in Greece

I always have a good experience here. Everyone is caring and takes good care of me and my family.

All the people there are careing, kind and listen well. The doctors are all great Thank you Dr Valentine and all the other doctors for taking care of the patients

The Wellness Center is an amazing place where you are accepted as you are but encouraged to improve yourself. The support and encouragement I get when there is what makes me want to keep working on improving my health. I drive all the way from Upshur County just to come to the wellness center for this reason. Great place to be!

Very nice and clean facility with caring and helpful staff!!!!!

Dr. henderson and Mark are wonderful with my baby. I feel good going here and its very clean!
