“First time at On Point and I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so friendly. I had to switch the type of facial I was getting the day before my appointment and they worked with me to get everything sorted out. Nellie has a very warm personality and my skin felt great after my facial. She took time to give me advice and discuss other services that I was interested in. Also, I was carrying a lot of tension all over and Ashley worked all of that out during my massage. She regularly checked in with me and was patient when I asked questions. I don't treat myself often, but I will definitely come back here.”
