She never makes you feel unheard, she takes the time to listen to you, and goes out of her way to make sure you understand everything before buying fish. So many company's now days, will just see you as more money in their pocket. She actually helps you get the right fish for the set up you need. She will advise you on which fish will be the best with each other, and actually let you know which aren't the best.
