Horrible company! Was having an aid to help with hygiene. All of a sudden no one came. After a week of not hearing from the aid or the company, I called only to find out I’m getting ready to be discharged, but not discharged as of yet. So where has my aid been during the past 8 days? Who knows! I think she quit because a nurse will come and ask about how the aid is doing but ask me nothing about myself. They can call to ask a question about the aid instead of charging my insurance for a nurse visit, that has nothing to do with me.
