My mother was quoted $ 40 an hour for a job recently. When the man showed up he brought another person. She was not informed they were bringing someone which made it $80 an hour. Her bill ended up being $1,025.00. They even charged her for their lunch hour sitting in her driveway. They were only there 5 hours , one hour counted as their lunch. I stopped by after work while they were eating in the truck, I know exactly how long they were there. It wasn't even a big job, it wasONE thing that needed done. She is a senior citizen . I was under the impression that the rate was 40$ an hour and once the bill came I was wrong. They sent out two men which made it 80$ an hour after I was already told it would be a flat 40$ a hour. This was unprofessional and I was given misinformation and it was extremely unprofessional.

These guys do great work for a fair price! I highly recommend them. They are also very honest. I accidentally overpaid them a large amount of money. It would have been easy for them to keep it. Instead they returned the over payment as soon as it was discovered. Capable, professional, honest! What more can you ask for?!Service: General repairs
