Customer service was top notch and the gentleman was able to trouble shoot and diagnose my phone’s issue. Repair was complete in 10 mins. Price for service was very reasonable too.

my iPhone 13 battery was swelling and Doctor Phone was able to help me in under 24 hours with my issue. He replaced the battery in minutes, helped me reset my Apple ID passcode, and even helped me with backing up my phone. He was really friendly & I am 10/10 coming back for any future phone issues. Great experience! My elderly mother dropped her iPhone and cracked the screen, or so we thought. It looked pretty bad. She stopped in at Dr. Phone and was immediately greeted with kindness. The honest gentleman working the store examined her phone and demonstrated that only the tempered glass screen protector was broken. He replaced it with a new, fitted protector for a very reasonable $20, installation included. Highly recommend this shop. Wish we got the name of the gentleman who took care of her, so we could mention him here.
