I'm out of state about 6 and half hrs. Phone decided to glitch out because of a cracked screen. Dr. Phone took and put a new screen on in 20 mins. Very pleased and customer service was awesome. Would come back for future if I didn't live so far

Very nice and professional business. Took our phone in today and it was fixed within 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend Dr. Phone for repairs. This is the second time we have been there and the first time he saved us from having to buy a new phone.

I had an emergency situation where my phone battery died on Thursday, July 4th, of all times. I needed that phone back quickly because it's a work phone.
Long story short, this guy went above and beyond to help me out, even offering a loaner phone until the battery came in. And this is not his fault.
I could tell that he was genuinely apologetic for circumstances that were beyond anyone's control.
I would absolutely encourage anyone who needs their phone repaired to come here. This guy is super cool!
