Great experience! My elderly mother dropped her iPhone and cracked the screen, or so we thought. It looked pretty bad. She stopped in at Dr. Phone and was immediately greeted with kindness. The honest gentleman working the store examined her phone and demonstrated that only the tempered glass screen protector was broken. He replaced it with a new, fitted protector for a very reasonable $20, installation included.
