Their website at checkout clearly states "MONDAY-FRIDAY Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm in the recipient's time zone for same-day delivery. SATURDAY & SUNDAY Orders must be placed before 10:00 am in the recipient's time zone for same-day delivery" which is very reasonable. I understand it takes a lot of time. I was planning on doing the arrangements for my uncles funeral personally but time got away from me and his wake was at 6pm that evening. I placed an order online with Crystal's at around 1:30 pm. The owner waited on us the day we were there. Considering we were there for a funeral & ordered many things, she was fantastic!!! She was very patient and kind. I will be returning for all my floral arrangements in the future.

My daughter-in-law bestie was in the hospital and I ordered an online bouquet. Crystal's picked up the order and it was BEAUTIFUL! The prettiest flowers I think I've ever ordered. I'm fourteen hours away and it made me so happy that she's received such a beautiful arrangement!
