The overall organizational structure of the office, though, leaves much to be desired. Unexplained delays in getting contacts I ordered, even though they had arrived to the office; miscommunication with the staff; and being told very different things by different staff members.
The ladies there& the dr was nice& explained everything,since I hadn't had my eyes checked in years& was wearing my back-up glasses.
Went through the test & fittings for "trial contacts" which they didn't have the kind I needed,its been 3weeks,I just can't wait to get them in.

I gave this five stars because I have ordered four pairs of glasses from here over the last two years. I experienced no problems with the service or with the glasses. Most recently I ordered a new pair of glasses, and the prescription was filled with a different lens, which was not very clear and they were very gracious to re-order the glasses using a different type of lens and notified me when the glasses were ready.
