Awful staff.Staff was switched and the new staff is super unprofessional. Cant respond to messages and flips their schedule on you. Tried to get an appointment for 12 days because they wouldn’t respond and also made no sense in the process.

I made an appointment on the website ahead of time for 6:30. I was sent an email confirming my appointment with a Google Calendar reminder. I showed up at 6:15, to be courteous, and was told, "Sorry, the stylist your appointment was with doesn't work today! It shouldn't have let you make an appointment."I live a 25 minute drive away, and because of CoVid-19 and a busy work schedule since we've opened back up, I haven't had a haircut in 9 weeks. That's a HUGE deal for me, since I usually get my fade done every TWO weeks. I was excited, I was going to try a new hairstyle, even use this salon I haven't tried before, and NO. I have to wait. So, because they couldn't be bothered to call me at 2:30pm when I made the appointment I was unable to find anything else, and because of my work schedule I'm going another 2 WEEKS without a haircut.Don't allow people to make appointments if you can't honor them, and if someone DOES somehow make an appointment that you can't honor, LET THEM KNOW AHEAD OF TIME. I'm so sad right now, and mad. I've been needing a haircut so bad and I can't stop thinking about how excited I was to finally get one. You guys are awful.

Brittany fixed where I made the mistake of going to the beauty school for my first ever color. She worked magic and was so very nice. Environment was beautiful and cheerful! Definitely will be back!!

Opulence totally new ownership!!!! This it's my favorite place there are many different services not only hair. I can get a spray tan (which i absolutely love) and I can get a pedicure and massage,waxing, threading. Beautiful environment very relaxing. Locally owned. Go check them out !!!!

I went online to book my appointment, as I have done twice before. I picked the time best for me and the stylist that was showing as available at that time. I even got a confirmation email. Appointment all set, at least I thought. I show up for my scheduled and confirmed appointment. I was ignored for a few minutes, not even acknowledged when I walked in. As I waited, I noticed piles of hair in the floor by the reception desk. The receptionist or a stylist walked into the salon and asked if I had an appointment and who it was with. I was informed that that stylist no longer worked there and I had no appointment. If you are going to allow online booking and confirmation, MAKE SURE THE ONLINE SITE IS UP TO DATE. Or, check appointments daily to make sure all appointments are covered. I won't ever go there or recommend True Blue to anyone.

This is the absolute best place to get a haircut and eyebrow threading in WV! Roya does a great dry cut and is an expert at eyebrow shaping.
