This was my first time ever getting my nail done or stepping foot into a nail salon, and they did SUCH a good job! I literally couldn’t be more pleased. The salon was very clean and comfortable. They were very gentle with my hands, it didn’t hurt AT ALL, which I was worried about. They were very kind and friendly and they did an amazing job with my nail art! The techs who did my nails were both very sweet, I enjoyed talking to them. And to make it even better, I had called about an hour and a half before they closed to see if they could take a walk-in. And originally they said they were full for the evening, but not even 5 minutes later they called back and said that if I could be there in 20 minutes, then they could fit me in! The girl on the phone was incredibly sweet. They all made me feel comfortable and welcome and made my experience unforgettable. Any anxieties I had (and I had a lot) were completely gone by the time I left. I will always go back here if the service remains this amazing! 1000/10 would recommend.

I have been coming here for years and absolutely love it. I think they are well worth the drive from Charleston. Even when I moved out of state I would stop here as part of my visit home because I don't like going anywhere else for my pedicures. The staff is so super friendly and amazing at what they do. They always accommodate my design/ color requests. When I've brought my daughter with me they have always been super kind to her too! The place is also very clean. (I'm a cosmetologist so I'm a little picky when it comes to sanitation.) I usually get gel polish manis/ pedis and it LASTS. It truly will not come off until it is removed. Pretty Nails in Barboursville truly cares about their customers and is committed to providing quality service. The owners are truly so so kind and care so much about their work and customer satisfaction. The salon and equipment is very clean and pretty, and is such a calm, inviting atmosphere. Lots of color options and styles!
