Exotic Nails

I went to the exotic nail salon in side the mall I paid $110 for my toes and nails as a set and the gentleman did amazing on my toes but when I went to have my nails done by the lady not only was she on her phone and eating while doing my nails she didn’t have my nails go all the way down to the cuticles, and after only 2 weeks their already coming undone on two fingers and I’ve had nails that lasted me 1 month before I get a fill-in.

They upchanged for acrylic nail removal. No soaking, popped them off after telling them one was extremely painful. Tried to over charge my card after telling them I wanted to split payment. Glad I got my nails removed but definitely wouldnt go back here to do it.

Did a nice job but way too expensive, and I also didn’t appreciate the tech putting chrome on one of my nails without asking me. I told her at the start what I wanted. Then I asked her how much for chrome specifically, and she said your total is $80. This was literally just dip powder on my natural nail so I have no idea how much extra the chrome ended up being. Then one week later, a nail chipped, and I was charged $5 for the repair. Anywhere I’ve been I have never been charged if a nail chips within a week. My top coat is also starting to come off which is why I already switched from another nail place. I won’t be back unfortunately.
