I dont like to leave bad reviews . But if there was a 2.5 I would give it. Had dip and tip done on nails . I am happy with them. the pedicure however is not something I have ever seen before. Pedicure consisted of just file the nail and paint it. No soaking the feet. Water was not even part of the process. No cuticle cutting no shaping. I was honestly shocked
Have been here several times over the last several years and I started bringing my 9 and 11 year old girls so I spend a lot each time we come. I am usually happy when we leave but Sunday I was not thrilled with my nails or experience with the woman that did mine. My daughter also had 3 of her nails fall off (which I don’t blame Hot Nails because her natural nails are so tiny to begin with) so I called Monday evening and talked to the manager and he told me to come in and they would fix so I came in today (Tuesday) and got seated with David. I asked for medium length, white tip, full set. I wanted one strawberry painted on the ring finger. I was told from the jump they couldn't do nail art, but they could give me a sticker. I'm not a fan of the nails, the edges are thin in some spots and flooding in others. The nail lengths are varying. My sister also had her nails done by another man at the store, and her nails are thick, oddly shaped, and we had to ask him to buff them and do a top coat because he left them rough after a glitter dip. We likely will not be going back.
