We had our first service today by Appalachian Pest Control. Our technician, Drew, was AWESOME! He is knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I'm glad we decided on APC to be our Pest Control Service Provider!

Termites treatment: phenomenal service & professionalism; most of all: honest!
The owner (Jay) showed up for the free inspection and quoted me at 1/3 the price of a quote I got from Orkin for the same service, and scheduled the service for the same week. Jay was very transparent, explained everything very clearly and without exaggerating the problem or up-selling, and did a great job at a fair price. Upstanding company with high integrity professionals.
I also called for follow up questions after the service and Jay was super helpful.
Highly recommend for all services!

Our tech AJ Hanson is the best. He is knowledgeable, addresses any concerns or questions we may have, and always communicates what time he will be here (I have 3 dogs,so appreciate this). We have not had any issues with pests since using their services. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of pest control.
