“On a very wintry day, Mountain Air came to my rescue. Looking at temps dropping to nearly zero this night, Kevin tried to guide me in repair over the phone. I wasn’t successful so Kevin sent his son, Justin to my home. The roads were bad! Justin was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue, no parts needed. He was able to take care of the problem, saving me from a very stressful time and the very real possibility that my water pipes would freeze and burst. Justin could have sold me whatever parts and labor he wanted to, and I would not have known the difference and it was a simple repair and more than fair repair bill. “Can’t say enough good things about them! When it’s 90 degrees and your AC keeps blowing fuses and they tell you they’ll be here in a few hours it’s music to your ears. They traced the problem to a few shorted wires and within a half an hour had it up and running, great guys, reasonable prices, would definitely call them again! In fact I may get them to put in a new condenser unit to replace my outdated heat pump. 5 stars all day long!“
