Visitors especially enjoy the community sauna, which is roomy with a window view of the trees, and the staff's thoughtful touches like delish scents on the rocks, cold cloths, and icy peppermint balls. There are also several cold plunge options, making the experience both peaceful and invigorating. Additionally, guests can participate in fun and unique activities such as tea tasting, which many find fantastic. The facility hosts special events like the Frost and Flame Sauna Fest, which guests describe as wonderful, with top-notch saunas and friendly staff. Overall, Unwind is a wonderful place with a great atmosphere and nice staff. Despite some minor limitations with staff schedules and facilities, guests leave feeling calm, relaxed, and pain-free, with many planning to return.
I received the most amazing sound bath experience with Maya at Unwind! The space was cozy and I was able to fully relax and let go. Maya has an incredible gift of sounding that was powerful and expansive. She was intentional, loving, and held the most beautiful sacred space. I’m so glad I did this and look forward to going back for more!
Fantastic sound bath. 1 hr of stimulation and relaxation bliss. The Sauna experience was curated and loosely structured which met all of our needs. The peppermint snowballs were divine!!! Take yourself and someone you love!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Unwind Spa. I was organizing a women's retreat and Unwind Spa was wonderful! Bryn, who works the front desk was so helpful- taking time to answer questions and provide insight (even on local attractions). I had Hannah for Thai Stretch and a regular massage and it was one of the best massages of my life! Hannah was such a great listener and so responsive to my body's needs it was like she had given me 6 massages before rather than it was my first time meeting her. We did the sauna and cold plunge which was beautiful! We greatly enjoyed the signature sauna ritual and would 100% recommend. And we had the the best time at the tea...read full review
