“The A/C went out at my lake cabin last Friday and, after some diagnostic work, I determined it was the dual-function capacitor for the outdoor condensing unit's fan and compressor.

I called Danco early Saturday morning and James politely explained that he was confident they had the correct part and just needed about 30 minutes to get it and meet me at the store.

He was there as promised and sold me the capacitor for a very reasonable $19.82 and was very courteous the entire time. I had not been aware they sell woodburners and gas fireplaces, too, so I'm going to keep them in mind for a small, LP Jotul Fireplace for my cabin.

In the end, the capacitor worked great and James saved the day! Thank you, James! ?“
