“Jason specifically has been fantastic through the years servicing us on our gas fireplace. He is beyond competent and highly knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond even answering a question for me after hours.
On another note, I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for a quote on our house system problem which a different employee was working on.”
“We had our 5 year old IBC boiler stop working on Saturday 01/04/26. Woke up to a cold house, As Quality had installed it, I called their After Hours Emergency number. And within an hour their service technician was here. He was professional and pleasant and quickly replaced the defective fan. Every interaction I had with them from the first phone call to the technician to the office personnel was respectful, smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Quality Heating.”
