We had our 5 year old IBC boiler stop working on Saturday 01/04/26. Woke up to a cold house, As Quality had installed it, I called their After Hours Emergency number. And within an hour their service technician was here. He was professional and pleasant and quickly replaced the defective fan. Every interaction I had with them from the first phone call to the technician to the office personnel was respectful, smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Quality Heating.

They scheduled the job, showed up exactly when they said they would, and delivered top-tier workmanship. The team that worked at my home was friendly, professional, neat, and clean.
