From sale to the construction of my building the professionals at Cleary did a great job. Dan the sale rep visited site several times to ensure a seamless project , Jesse and his crew did an excellent job job from start to finish including thorough cleanup before departing the job. Cleary Buildings and my Project Manager, Dan Dringoli have been a pleasure to work with in the construction of our 36 by 36 foot detached garage in northern Wisconsin. Dan was always reachable whenever we had questions during the planning phase as well as the construction phase.
The quality of the Cleary Building is superior to other building contractors that we considered. Communication throughout all phases was excellent.
Coordination with other subcontractors was beyond my expectations. In fact, when my electrician was on-site to trench in the power line to the building, the onsite Cleary crew was extra helpful in backfilling... read full review

Completion of my building was ahead of schedule by about 2 months from the original start/end date. The building turned out great. The colors go well together. I felt for the most part , we had good communication with our sales representative and our on site construction forman. As with any project you want to know what you’re buying. Look over your prints to make sure you’re getting what you ask for and be sure to bring any questions or concerns to your sales rep/forman. Don’t be afraid to check with your own sub contractors for work other than the building, like concrete and overhead doors.
