Would highly recommend Tri-City for any HVAC work. Wanted proposals from several companies and Tri City was the only one to come thru with one right away and even called back to see if I had made a decision. Other companies didn’t even follow up. Install was great. Kept me updated as to how things were going and what changes needed to be made. Cleaned up after themselves. Friendly and answered all my questions. Never seemed to be bothered by problems that arose. Everything works as it should. Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed. Just an added note, Jake and Ian were fantastic, they should get a bonus for the work they did. ?

We have been with tricity services for a long time we just had a vent put out on our newly renovated porch and it's amazing how much cooler it is out there can't wait for fall and winter for heat on it also the technician Jake was wonderful very knowledgeable and professional he's a must keep for your company.

Fast response from online inquiry, explained process and cost clearly, advance notice as promised with name of technician, technician offered card with pic upon arrival, covers on boots upon entry, extremely thorough evaluation, and sit down explanation of findings, and fixed loud blower issue by adjusting to specs....great value for the fee; highly recommend!
