Nina was very helpful and helped me out with my three dogs. 2 out of the 3 have never been boarded before. She was very welcoming. My messages and questions were answered promptly. We received updates as well, which put our minds at ease while we were on vacation!
They go so above and beyond every visit. My cat is 9 with arthritis so bathroom trips are hard for her on top of being a very fluffy and sassy ragdoll! They never complain when they have to double bathe her because she tends to pee after the first without fail, which is very appreciated they do that for her!! Communication with them is fantastic, love all the ladies there too they’re so nice!! Thank you for being so awesome and understanding every visit! Well worth it!
Staff genuinely cares about animal well being and safety. My dog comes home happy every day. I very much enjoy hearing about his adventures with his friends during the days he spends there. They also provide an excellent grooming service. My other dog does not like her nails cut, and will yelp and whine at any other place but here. Thank you Collar Club for all that you do ❤
