On the coldest day that we had this winter, our furnace suddenly decided to die. We had a company come out to look at it, and they said that it would have to be replaced and turned it off. The house dropped to 33 degrees fast, and my pets and I had to move out temporarily due to the severe temperatures. I called several furnace companies, and after asking for prices and when they could get it done, there was only one solid choice in my mind. Ron's came out and got the job done days before anyone else could. The team and owner were helpful and polite throughout the entire process, and the cost was very fair compared to others in the area. The rest of winter was survivable thanks to Ron's. The new unit is quieter than our old one, which is a nice bonus. I will absolutely consider using Ron's for any future heating or cooling needs. I wanted to wait to review for several months to ensure that all went well, and we haven't had a single issue with the unit. Very happy customer.

3rd time dealing with them. When I bought the house I had them put new furnace and ac in. Then they charged me 200+ over the quoted price and Left a hole in my wall.This time I called for repair on the furnace, they wanted to charge me 125 an hour to come look at the furnace but they started charging me when they left their shop not when they get to my house. That's on top of 15 fee to cover gas to get here. Yeah, no.

We have had Ron’s Refrigeration service our furnace and AC for years. They always have done a great job and complete service. They are prompt and efficient. We have experienced over 10 years of excellent service.Prices go up as you expect due to inflation.

would not recommend. extremely high service rates. and the charge you to get to your place, then charge you for time to travel to the next job. so they are double charging on trips to jobs. I got over $300 bill for a call where the service guy was actually working for about 25 minutes. I called them to discuss, sent me over to the "service manger". I left a message and of course he never returned my call. would not use them again. Find a much better value elsewhere.

Charged me$ 200 for a 20 minutes service call. I had to pay for an hour I waited for them and then a $15 fuel charge and for the 20 minutes they were here. Only for them to tell me they couldn't fix the problem and they didn't have parts.Service: Repair HVAC

These guys are great! We had a commercial freezer in need of repair and the local "best around" people just wanted to sell us a new unit. Ron's found the issue and parts to fix it and now its running like a top. Dont shop around. Just call these guys.

The came on a Memorial Day to replace a motor for central air unit. Got here timely and last minute and had it fixed quick. It was 90 degrees that day. Great job guys thanks.Service: A/C system repair
