I have been coming here on and off for years when I have the time and money. I have always had a great experience and an amazing set of nails every time. They have always gotten me in right way and are able to get perfect nails in half the time it takes some other places. I absolutely love the set I got today. Thank you!!

Today I received a new set of nails from a lady named Van. She did a beautiful job and was very professional. I recommend this nail salon and Van if you’re looking for great customer service and beautiful nails.

I stopped coming here for a reason, and unfortunately this visit confirmed it.

These are my natural nails, and the gel application was uneven and poorly finished. The polish appeared old or improperly mixed — it went on thick, didn’t self-level, and looks cloudy and bumpy rather than smooth and glossy. Cuticle work was messy and the overall finish looks rushed.

With fresh product and proper technique, this should have looked much better. For the price, I expect fresh gel, clean application, and attention to detail, and that wasn’t my experience.

Disappointing and not up to professional standards.
