I am no plumber, but I will do very small jobs around the house . I have to say after searching for a part for my shower no one seemed to really care except Powell pluming. After working with Jessaca and Kevin Powell they They went up above and beyond with customer support. Powell Pluming will be earning all of my business in the near future.

Powell Plumbing RARELY answers their phone number - I've called at least 5 times and never talked to a human being and was forced to leave a voice mail. Technician (Mike) showed up with 1 week of work order being submitted and he great on site. However, Mike has been very slow to submit report for necessary "2nd opinion" on leaking 80 gallon water heater that caused $9000 in damages and repairs before replacement can be officially authorized by American Home Shield. Tomorrow makes 2 weeks since the technician was on site and still no response from Powell Plumbing. In good conscience, I cannot recommend this company based on the poor customer service, again I have never had them as we the phone even once so pray you are not having and emergency, and extremely slow response time submitting reports to diagnose any problem required for a home warranty company to authors a repair. BE BETTER and DO BETTER!

Unprofessional and slow. Didn't show up when they said they would and took two months for what they told me would be a 3 day job. When they did come to the house, they'd sit in their truck scrolling on their phone instead of working for hours. I use a different plumber now who gives me a better "advantage"
