Thank you for going above and beyond our expectations, High Tech HVAC Co. What a superb company! High Tech HVAC Co. so deserves our gratitude and we highly recommend them. We had a prior commitment we needed to attend later in the evening and were in a pinch first thing that morning, awakening to our main floor furnace not heating. Our good friend referred us to the HVAC company she has relied on for years. High Tech HVAC Co. sent Derick to our house pronto. Derick’s attention to detail was phenomenal. His listening skills, paired with his concern and keeping us informed, were excellent. He went the extra mile on everything for us. Not only did he repair a clogged line on the furnace, he also serviced our other furnace for our zone upstairs. One of our humidifiers had leaked water; so, we had quit using them altogether. Derick installed new humidifier filters to our humidifiers that had previously been installed in our furnaces, spending quality time inspecting and going over every inch of our furnaces and humidifiers to ensure their safety and effectiveness. We now have (2) fine working furnaces and humidifiers, heating and moisturizing the air throughout our home efficiently and reliably. All it requires is an excellent engineering company that takes pride in its meticulous work ethic and concern for its customers. We remember the days when reliability and fine craftsmanship were the rule. High Tech HVAC Co. proves that rule still exists. These guys are the best…period! Thank you.
