Caleb came over and diagnosed the issue with our furnace. They worked a quote up and were able to install a new furnace in just a couple of days. Caleb and Tom were very professional and did a great job installing the furnace and walking me through the set up for the thermostat.

The Guelzow Team did a wonderful job replacing our gas water heater! We made a call less than 72 hours prior to the appointment time amidst this arctic blast. They got us in for an appointment as soon as possible, were early to the appointment and did a thorough job. Everyone I dealt with was personable and professional on top of it all.

Furnace died and they were able to come the same day to get it running. I ended up getting a new Furnace installed and 2 days later. Joe and his coworker did an excellent job, were friendly and explained things well. I'm very satisfied with my new Furnace.

My water heater began leaking out of the bottom a little over a week ago. Despite my best efforts I was unable to fix it so I called in on Monday morning to set up a time to get it looked at. They came out at 9:45 on Tuesday morning and gave me a quote, and at 1:30 the installation team came over to install my new water heater. The communication was great, the crew cleaned up well after themselves, and they tested all of the faucets in the house to make sure there were no more air bubbles in the lines.

We had our furnace installed by Guelzow's. Our furnace went out just now. The website says 24 hour emergency service. They shut off their phone after the 3rd time my husband called them. Thank God for Steve's Plumbing and Heating. They answered their phone and are sending someone over.

5 Stars! Thank you Caleb for going above & beyond the call of duty! Our 11yr.old Daughter had asked Caleb to please help her knock down 2 spiderwebs because she has a fear of them. Caleb gladly did that for her & it meant so much to our Daughter. Caleb was also here 2x in the middle of the night providing us heat until the new furnace install. The 24/7 professional, courteous help is a bonus. Thank you to Joe 5 stars as well, for moving things around to accommodate our heating needs. Our new furnace install was complete in less than 2.5 hrs. Highly Recommended! Thank you all again for the gracious experiences!
