Great people, they'll give you a personal service and in my case, remembered me after about three years' gap between visits. They've supplied and fitted three carpets for me over the years. The prices are competitive, and everything was done *properly*. They worked on difficult surfaces, adding underlay where necessary and also did a very good job of the stairs. They also worked with me on the design and had a lot of good recommendations which turned out to be good advice in retrospect.
