Both my husband and I stay in Wisconsin Rapids for most of our health issues mainly because of our positive relationship with Shelby. She takes her time to listen and then goes out of her way to provide the best care she can. You will not be disappointed!
Sheena Bohl makes you feel comfortable talking and listens compassionately before doing whatever she could to help: for me it was calling lawyers about defense for something I’m dreading and haven’t been able to bring myself even close to doing. She did the hard part for me-I just had to leave contact info and then explain the situationin more detail when I got a callback, so I wasn’t so worried and unsure if what to say. I've been through many healthcare experiences with my mother since my teenage years and WOW, I'm impressed with Aspirus WI Rapids.
Jenny in out patient surgery is a delight to meet and have check you in as a patient.
The minute I dropped off my mother at the door we were asked by the front desk employee if she needed a wheel chair. Every desk we walked past from the main entrance to our out patient location someone greeted us with a good morning and a smile.
Everyone was kind, accommodating, and mindfully communicating at every touch point to make sure we were taken care of.
