Wonderful technician. Andre was fantastic. Super professional and had no issues explaining what the issue was that needed attention. Good communication and very appreciated service. The call center Barb was super helpful and very helpful. I hope I don’t need to call but if I do this business will be the only one I call for repair or warranty work. Thank you all so much

We were glad it was Andre again. Esp seeing he knows what was what with our dryer from previous issues. He does a great job! Very polite and is able to answer questions we may have.

We have a Thermador range and oven. A circuit board had failed and we lost the use of 2 of the 5 burners and the oven. They came out quickly to access the problem and made a quick diagnosis. They ordered the parts and came back upon arrival of the parts and completely fixed the unit. They were fully professional and clearly explained what they were doing. They are now our go-to for appliance repair.
