Andre was AMAZING! We needed to install two washer/dryer pedestals and there was no way we were going to try and install them ourselves with our washer/dryer already installed. Heavy heavy!! He was efficient, careful (he was working in a small space) and very polite! You could t he has done this a lot. We found our appliance people!! Great work.

Excellent experience with this company. Without asking they kept me informed with appointment reminders and texted and called when the technician was on his way. The technician was on time, polite and knowledgeable. I have found appliance repair companies to not have the best customer service but Help Home Service is profession from start to finish. They earned my future business.

The customer service reps and service tech were helpful, professional and prompt. My dishwasher is fixed and we will be using them on any future appliance needs. They are customer focused.
