Wendy is an amazing massage therapist. You can not go wrong going to her!! She’ll take the time to figure out your root issues. I can speak from my experience and as a chiropractor using my shoulders and back I can tell she’s top notch. You will not be disappointed and in fact I’d highly recommend that you are consistent with her treatments.

If you are looking for a relaxing massage, or deep tissue, Body & Balance has it covered. Nice atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable massage therapists. Conner did an amazing job working out all the knots and kinks! Highly recommend.
