While communication before appointments could be improved, the overall experience is great, with stylists being kind and able to rebook clients. Though usual salon noises can be heard, the Head Spa is still recommended for anyone needing relaxation or extra scalp care.
Claire is the best stylist ever! I came to her nervous for my first appointment because no one had ever cut my hair except my childhood stylist and she did such an amazing job making me feel comfortable with the haircut and everything in general. I’ve seen her for the last two years now and she is still amazing with layering my curtain bangs and hair. I highly, highly recommend this salon and especially Claire!
I see Cheane and other stylists (Kathy and Jo) when she is busy and all of the girls are so talented, and kind! I love the fun vibe of the salon and am always happy with their services!
