As any of my previous 100+ sessions with Empower Yoga, today's was no different. It was very nicely done by the instructor, who was the substitute for the instructor who normally does this class. The sessions are well-attended and people really get into the peaceful, relaxing, and challenging vibe of this place. The instructors make this place special!

Love classes at Empower Yoga! Recently I had classes with Anne, Alyssa, Lisa, Matt, Nikeya, Shelby, Jennifer, and Jane, and every instructor consistently brings excellence, warmth, and a unique teaching style. I’ve never had a negative experience, I always leave feeling wonderful. Today’s class with Anne was a wonderful reminder of why I keep coming back. The teachers, community, and positive energy make Empower Yoga a truly special place.

What an amazing class and teacher! Alyssa is clearly knowledgeable about anatomy, skilled at sequencing poses to create possibilities for all levels of students and she also manages to speak to the non physical physical benefits of yoga by weaving metaphysical themes that can be embodied by the asanas she guides the class through. I highly recommend her classes and Empower Yoga!
