UPDATE: the elements manager contacted me and corrected the overcharge. She was professional. Apparently a procedural issue involving computer entry. She refunded the charge. --- below is my original review Be very cautious when signing up for a membership with any Elements massage group. In the sales pitch they tell you they will cancel the membership at anytime, with 30 days notice. I should have known better. It took more than 30 days for them to stop charging my card. I walked in and gave them written notice (more than 30 days notice) that I could no longer have massages due to a skin condition/ infection. they stated they needed 30 days notice - I accepted full review

First impressions are lasting impressions and I am always greeted by friendly employees at the front desk. My massage therapist is friendly and professional and often offers suggestions at the end of the session for stretches I can do myself to help with muscle tension spots.

Just cancelled my membership, will NOT go back!! Treated like crap by condescending manager, because even FULLY VACCINATED people have to wear a mask, even though Whitefish Bay has dropped the mandate!! I struggled enough with the mask mandate as masks give me anxiety, now that the mandate is gone and Whitefish Bay is 100% vaccinated I am not torturing myself any longer!
