I am so grateful for the medical team at Aurora! My 9 y/o daughter had an emergency cough and fever and they got her right in. NP Sarah & Dr. Kim were both wonderful with my daughter, and made things easy for me. There was an issue with getting my daughter's medical equipment, and Cathy came through like an angel incarnate to make sure my daughter could receive her equipment and medical treatment. So grateful for everyone there!

I’ve been here several times and have never had a bad experience. Everyone has been kind and professional, including front desk/registration folks. Dr. Kim is a great clinician, the phlebotomist does a great job, lab turnaround time is fast and I’ve never waited long for an appointment. No idea why the reviews are so negative.
All our family have been using Aurora Whitefish Bay Laboratory for all our lab needs for 10+ years, and we used to have our primary care doctor there too, before - unfortunately for us - he got retired. All our experiences with the clinic were excellent. The reception staff is always very helpful and very nice - both on the phone, and in person. And the lab technicians are just downright amazing: so fast, so nice, so very professional. I can't say enough of good things about the clinic and the people working there. Thank you!
