Came in right away for the inspection, was very thorough, took his time, and priced competitively. Answered all my questions & very friendly! Received the inspection report that evening. I would definitely recommend! You can't go wrong! A+++ from me!

10/10! Kevin was prompt with getting us in same week from my inquiry! We had to bypass the inspection in order to buy a house, and made this decision after 5 long tired years of being out bidded and loosing every home we were remotely interested in. We were so nervous of what we could expect from this decision and decided to use his services based on the google reviews TCK had. Thank goodness we chose him.
