I called the number even after hours and Mia responded very promptly in a courteous, informative manner. She states, "I was afraid somebody would not have heat through the night." That caring attitude is a nice change of pace for a while. She told me that there is a class action suit for LG refridgerators because the compressors are failing at a much earlier time than they should. This is a LG refridgerator brand problem only. Very grateful for the work both Damien and Titus did in our home. The communication was excellent and the service was top notch.
