I have had issues with my sprinkler system since I moved here almost 5 years ago. Every year I paid River City Irrigation (yes—naming and shaming) an annual fee to come out, check the system, fix whatever needed fixed (for additional fees) and every year my system would have some zones stuck on and the water pressure was terrible. By the end of the summer I would have little circles of green in a sea of brown grass. I would call, they’d come out and tell me zone X, X, X need new diaphragms. I’d pay $200+ with no results. Just bought a house in Holmen. I was referred to OSI to winterize the irrigation system. Setting up an appointment was super easy and they were even able to come the same week.Tim arrived within the time window and walked me through the entire process step by step. Super nice guy. I have had OSI for the last 4 years and the personnel have been always professional and knowledgeable about the service they are doing. From the Administrative Assistances to the Owner, they care about the customer. My lawn has never looked better and I have a wealth of problems, being I am Rural. They have assessed my problems and have alleviated them. I tried skipping a year of service...never again. I've learned my lesson. Call OSI now and talk to the professionals. 608-786-3202.
