The company is known for its exceptional customer service, with staff members like Sharisha and Dr. Irvine receiving high praise for their professionalism, expertise, and friendly care.
I'm late doing this review but I have to say that Dr Irvine is the best doctor I've ever had! She makes you feel like she really cares. I can't wait for my next exam. Sharisha was so professional with me. She gave me the full customer experience. Oh and thank you Alyssa for your good taste in picking glasses. I'm coming back for them soon!

I have to say, I had the joy of meeting Ms. Sharisha on trip to Wisconsin Vision. I was headed out of town, and needed an emergency repair to my favorite glasses and she was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about everything. Awesome customer services!!!
