I’ve been meaning to write this review because Bill at The Shadow Man LLC absolutely deserves it. He tinted the windows on my Mercedes.
I was a little indecisive about how dark I wanted to go, Bill was incredibly patient and professional. He walked me through all the options, explained everything clearly, and gave me the information I needed to make the final decision. I felt completely confident because of his guidance.
The service was quick and efficient. If you don’t have a ride, you can comfortably hang out there while he works. I brought a book, relaxed, and before I knew it, he was finished.

Outstanding experience at The Shadow Man. Scheduling was quick and easy, and everything ran exactly on time. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up.

The location in West Bend is super easy to access, not cramped or hard to find. I worked directly with the owner, who was friendly, professional, and very communicative. Pricing was fair, service was efficient, and the overall customer experience was excellent.

I’ve used several window tinting services over the years, and this was by far one of the best. Highly recommend.
