Called Syl's with a "puppy emergency" a week before Thanksgiving. Kelly was so helpful and got the crew to my house the following day. Carson and Mike showed up exactly on time, met the puppy, and went above and beyond to make our carpeting look great! They were at all times friendly, helpful, and professional! Couldn't be happier with the service from Syl's - would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.
