Coldest day of the year and called Ron with a dishwasher problem. He asked a few questions and said he could do it in Monday. I said oh, mom won't like waiting so he bundled up and headed over! Very nice and fixed it in no time. Didn't price gouge, which i may have done for making me go out in this weather! 100%recommend! Thanks Ron
Ron came out to look at an old LG Dryer which wasn't heating. He quickly figured out the problem and found other issues making it not worth fixing. He could have just fixed the initial problem and taken my money for it but explained that it would not last long and that I might consider a new unit instead. Very honest.
Called today to speak with Ron as my ice maker is not working. He was very nice and took the time to troubleshoot with me over the phone because I am a bit of a distance away from him. I think we might have a solution but if not he did tell me to call him back after the holiday and he will try to help me.
We need more people like Ron in this world!!
