I am a computer illiterate boomer. My PC froze. I took it to Network pro. They fixed it in 3 hrs, at a reasonable cost. Also found out my expensive protection program sucks. I have since installed recomended protection,& is working great. The guys didn't talk down to me, or talk over my head.
What a great experience. 5 Stars for sure. Ben helped me identify 2 hardware issues at home that were causing network issues. Once I fixed them my home network is nice and reliable. Next, I was going to purchase a new PC from them, but Ben identified that my hard drive was causing my pc troubles. After replacing, my PC is running like a million bucks! Ben saved me a bunch of money and I’m super happy with EVERYTHING!
I bought a custom build computer from Network Pro a few weeks ago and have been exceedingly pleased with the product and the service! They provided the information I needed so that I could choose what components would best work for my needs. I do video editing and graphic design both recreationally and professionally, besides using my computer for occasional gaming, and I am really loving the performance of my PC. Besides this, Ben who constructed my PC, has proved to be very friendly, helpful, and quick to reply to all my requests and questions, as has the rest of the staff at Network Pro.
